Setup
Charging the Device
The TheraGun Mini is powered by a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. Use the provided USB-C charging cable to charge the device. The charging port is located on the device. A full charge typically provides extended usage time.
Attaching/Detaching Attachments
The device comes with three high-quality, scientifically-designed attachments:
- Dampener: Reduces aches and pains in tender or sensitive areas.
- Standard Ball: Offers full-body massage to reduce tension.
- Thumb: For use on lower back muscles and trigger points to ease painful knots.
To attach an accessory, align the attachment with the device's head and push firmly until it clicks into place. To detach, gently pull the attachment away from the device.
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
To power on the TheraGun Mini, press and hold the power button located on the device until the indicator lights illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the device stops.
Adjusting Speed Settings
The TheraGun Mini features 3 built-in muscle massager speeds. Each speed is indicated by individual LED lights on the device. Press the power button briefly to cycle through the different speed levels. The device will increase in intensity with each press.
