1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using this electric fireplace stove. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or personal injury.
- Always plug the fireplace directly into a wall outlet. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap.
- Do not operate any fireplace with a damaged cord or plug, or if the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the fireplace.
- To prevent overheating, do not cover the heater.
- The air outlet is located at the top of the product. Ensure this area is not obstructed to maintain proper airflow and prevent safety hazards.
- This appliance is equipped with an automatic power-off function. If the fireplace is accidentally knocked over during use, it will automatically cut off power to enhance safety.

The Electactic 24-Inch Electric Fireplace Stove (Model S230B) is a free-standing infrared fireplace designed to provide warmth and ambiance. It features a realistic 3D flame effect with adjustable colors and brightness, two heating modes, and a convenient remote control.

3. Setup and Assembly
This section guides you through the initial setup and assembly of your electric fireplace stove.
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Inspect the fireplace and all parts for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, do not use the appliance and contact customer support.
- Ensure all items listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present.

3.2 Assembly of Legs
The fireplace stove requires minimal assembly, primarily attaching the four legs.
- Carefully place the fireplace on a soft, non-abrasive surface to prevent scratching.
- Attach each of the 4 legs to the bottom of the fireplace using the provided 8pcs M5*12 screws. A Phillips head screwdriver is required (not included).
- Ensure all legs are securely fastened before placing the unit upright.
3.3 Placement
Choose a suitable location for your fireplace. Consider the following:
- Place the unit on a firm, level surface.
- Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper air circulation. Avoid placing it directly against a wall if it obstructs the rear air intake, as this can affect heating efficiency.
- Do not place the fireplace in an area where it could be easily tripped over or where the power cord could be damaged.
4. Operating Instructions
Your Electactic electric fireplace can be operated using the included remote control or the touch light panel on the unit.
4.1 Powering On/Off
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
- Press the Power button on the remote control or the touch panel to turn the appliance ON/OFF.
4.2 Adjusting Flame and Log Colors/Brightness
The fireplace features a curved LED screen for realistic 3D flame effects. You can customize the flame and log appearance.

- Flame Colors: Use the Color A button on the remote to cycle through 4 flame colors: Red, Yellow, Orange, Blue.
- Log Colors: Use the Color B button on the remote to cycle through 4 log colors: Red, Yellow, Dark Red, Orange.
- Brightness: Use the Dimmer button to adjust the flame and log brightness through 5 levels (L1-L5).
- Flame Speed: Use the Flame Speed button to adjust the flame movement speed through 5 levels (U1-U5).
- There are 16 different combinations of flame and log colors available.
4.3 Heating Functions
The fireplace offers two heating modes for efficient warmth.

- Press the Heater button on the remote or touch panel to activate heating.
- The display screen will show the heating mode: OFF (no heater), 500W (low heat), or 1500W (high heat).
- The unit can heat up to 1,000 square feet.
4.4 Timer Function
Set a timer for automatic shut-off.

- Press the Timer button on the remote control.
- Cycle through the available timer settings (1-8 hours) to select your desired shut-off time.
4.5 Low Noise Operation
The fireplace operates at a low noise level, typically below 40dB, ensuring it does not disturb sleep or daily activities.

5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Electactic electric fireplace, follow these general maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays.
- Air Vents: Periodically check and clean the air intake and outlet vents to ensure they are free from dust and debris. Blocked vents can reduce heating efficiency and pose a fire hazard.
- Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, unplug it and store it in a dry, cool location, preferably in its original packaging.
