2.2 Adding Engine Oil
The generator is shipped without engine oil. It is crucial to add the correct amount and type of oil before starting the engine. Failure to do so will prevent the engine from starting and may cause severe damage.
- Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Remove the cap and use the provided oil funnel to slowly pour 10W-30 engine oil into the engine.
- Fill to the upper mark on the dipstick (capacity: 0.45L). Do not overfill.
- Securely replace the oil fill cap.

2.3 Adding Fuel
Use only unleaded gasoline in this generator. Do not use E85 or any other fuel type.
- Ensure the generator is on a level surface and the engine is off and cool.
- Unscrew the fuel cap.
- Carefully pour unleaded gasoline into the fuel tank (capacity: 0.92 Gallons / 3.5 Liters). Do not overfill.
- Securely replace the fuel cap.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Control Panel Overview
Familiarize yourself with the multifunction control panel for safe and effective operation.

- Digital LCD Display Center: Shows power output, voltage, oil level, fuel level, and overloading warnings.
- CO Alert: Indicator for carbon monoxide levels.
- 12V DC Outlet: For 12V DC devices.
- DC Breaker: Overload protection for DC output.
- Multi-Switch: Controls Stop, Run, and Start functions.
- 120V 20A Outlet: Standard AC outlet.
- Ground Terminal: For grounding the generator.
- AC Breaker: Overload protection for AC output.
- 120V 30A Locking Outlet: For higher power AC devices, including RVs.
- Parallel Outlet: For connecting two generators with a parallel kit (not included).
- 5V USB Outlet (Type-A and Type-C): For charging mobile devices.
3.2 Starting the Generator
- Ensure the generator is on a firm, level surface and away from any combustible materials.
- Turn the Multi-Switch to the "Start" position.
- Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, slowly move the Multi-Switch to the "Run" position.
3.3 Connecting Electrical Devices
Before connecting any devices, ensure the generator is running stably. Always prioritize connecting devices with higher starting power first.
- Plug your devices into the appropriate outlets (120V 20A, 120V 30A, 12V DC, or 5V USB).
- For RV use, utilize the provided 30 AMP RV adapter.
- Monitor the 5-in-1 LCD display for power output and any warnings.

3.4 Eco Mode
The Eco Mode switch allows the generator to automatically adjust engine speed to match the load, improving fuel efficiency and reducing noise levels when full power is not required.
- Engage Eco Mode for lighter loads to save fuel and reduce noise.
- Disengage Eco Mode for heavy loads or when maximum power is needed.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for the longevity and optimal performance of your AIVOLT generator. Always ensure the engine is off and cool before performing any maintenance.
4.1 Engine Oil Change
Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of operation, and then every 100 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
- Place a suitable container under the oil drain plug.
- Remove the oil drain plug and allow the oil to drain completely.
- Replace the drain plug and refill with fresh 10W-30 engine oil (0.45L capacity).
- Check the oil level with the dipstick and secure the oil fill cap.
4.2 Air Filter Maintenance
Inspect the air filter every 50 hours or every 3 months, and clean or replace as needed.
- Locate and open the air filter cover.
- Remove the foam air filter element.
- Wash the element in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air dry completely.
- Apply a few drops of engine oil to the filter and squeeze out any excess.
- Reinstall the air filter element and cover.
5. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
