1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ATTOP Mini Drone with 1080P Camera. This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, setup, and maintenance of your drone. Please read it thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

This drone is designed for users aged 14 years and above. Adult supervision is recommended for younger users.

3. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the main parts of your ATTOP Mini Drone and its remote controller.

Drone Components

  • Foldable Arms: For compact storage and portability.
  • 1080P FPV Camera: Captures high-resolution photos and videos with a 90° wide-angle view.
  • Propellers: Four main propellers for flight.
  • Battery Compartment: Located at the rear of the drone.
  • Power Button: On top of the drone.
  • LED Lights: Indicate drone status.

Remote Controller Components

  • Left Joystick: Controls altitude and rotation.
  • Right Joystick: Controls forward/backward and left/right movement.
  • Power Button: To turn the controller on/off.
  • One-Key Take-off/Landing Button: Initiates automatic take-off or landing.
  • Headless Mode Button: Activates headless flight mode.
  • 3 Speed Modes Button: Toggles between low, medium, and high speeds.
  • 360° Flip Button: Performs aerial flips.
  • Phone Clamp: Attaches to the top of the controller to hold your smartphone for FPV viewing.

4. Charging the Batteries

The drone comes with three modular 3.7V 500mAh rechargeable batteries. Ensure all batteries are fully charged before flight.

  1. Remove the drone battery from the drone by gently pulling it out from the rear compartment.
  2. Connect the drone battery to the USB charging cable.
  3. Plug the USB charging cable into a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
  4. The indicator light on the USB cable will show charging status (refer to cable's specific indicator behavior).
  5. Charging typically takes approximately 60-80 minutes per battery.
  6. Once fully charged, disconnect the battery from the cable.

5. Controller Setup

Installing Controller Batteries

The remote controller requires 3 AAA batteries (not included).

  1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote controller.
  2. Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment securely.

Attaching Phone Clamp

Slide the phone clamp onto the designated slot on the top of the remote controller until it clicks into place. This allows you to mount your smartphone for FPV viewing.
