Setup
1. Choosing the Right Eartips and Secure Fit
Proper eartip selection is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation. The Beats Fit Pro come with three sizes of silicone eartips (Small, Medium, Large). Experiment with each size to find the one that provides the most comfortable and secure seal in your ear canal.

To ensure a secure fit, insert the earbud into your ear and gently twist it into place. Then, use your finger to fit the flexible wingtip into the upper part of your ear. The wingtip is designed to conform to different ear shapes for all-day comfort and stability.

2. Pairing with Devices
The Beats Fit Pro are enhanced by the Apple H1 chip, offering seamless integration with Apple devices and robust compatibility with Android devices.
For Apple Devices:
Open the charging case near your unlocked iPhone or iPad. A setup animation will appear on your device's screen. Follow the on-screen instructions for instant one-touch pairing. Once paired, features like Automatic Switching between your Apple devices and "Hey Siri" will be available.
For Android Devices:
Download the Beats app from the Google Play Store. Open the charging case near your Android device. Follow the in-app instructions for Fast Pair. The Beats app allows you to manage settings, view battery levels, customize controls, and perform firmware updates.
Operating Your Beats Fit Pro
Listening Modes
The Beats Fit Pro offer three distinct listening modes:
- Active Noise Cancelling (ANC): Blocks external noise for immersive sound.
- Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while listening to audio, enhancing situational awareness.
- Adaptive EQ: Fine-tunes audio to the shape of your ear and eartip fit for a consistent listening experience.
You can easily switch between these modes using the on-ear controls or through the settings on your connected device.

Spatial Audio with Dynamic Head Tracking
Experience immersive music, movies, and games with Spatial Audio. This feature uses dynamic head tracking to place sounds all around you, creating a theater-like experience. Compatible hardware and software are required, and content must be supported in applicable apps. Head tracking requires an iPhone or iPad.

Call Performance
The earbuds feature high-quality call performance and voice assistant interaction via built-in microphones. Dual beam-forming microphones focus on your voice, while an accelerometer helps remove unwanted background noise, ensuring clear communication.
Automatic Ear Detection
Optical sensors detect when the earbuds are in your ear. Music automatically pauses when you take them off and resumes playing when they are put back in, providing a seamless listening experience.
Battery Life and Charging
Each earbud provides up to 6 hours of listening time with Active Noise Cancelling or Transparency Mode enabled. With the compact charging case, you get three additional charges, totaling up to 24 hours of combined playback. Fast Fuel technology allows for a quick 5-minute charge to provide up to 1 hour of listening time.

Maintenance
Cleaning Your Earbuds
Regularly clean your Beats Fit Pro earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe down the earbuds and the charging case. For the eartips, you can gently remove them and rinse with water, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.
Water and Sweat Resistance
The Beats Fit Pro earbuds are sweat and water resistant (IPX4-rated), making them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water. The charging case is not water resistant. Always ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
- No Sound or Intermittent Audio: Ensure earbuds are properly charged and connected. Check the fit of the eartips. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the charging case, closing the lid for 10 seconds, then reopening.
- Pairing Issues: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. For Apple devices, ensure the case is open and near your device. For Android, check the Beats app. Try forgetting the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
- Poor Noise Cancellation: Verify that Active Noise Cancelling is enabled. Ensure a tight seal with the correct size eartips.
- Microphone Issues: Check that the microphones are not obstructed. Ensure the earbuds are clean.
- Battery Not Charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and a power source. Check the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case for any debris.
