3. Product Overview
The LBT-TWS13BE earbuds are designed for ease of use and comfort. They feature touch sensors for control and a compact charging case for portability.
3.1 Earbud Components

4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the supplied USB Type-C™ cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The battery indicator LEDs on the case will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the cable.
4.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and placed in the charging case.
- Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "LBT-TWS13" from the list of found devices to complete pairing.
- Once paired, the earbuds will automatically connect to your device when the charging case lid is opened.
5. Operating Instructions
The LBT-TWS13BE earbuds offer various modes and functions controlled via the touch sensors.
5.1 Sound Modes
The earbuds support four distinct sound modes. You can cycle through these modes by touching either earbud's touch sensor for 2 seconds. The sequence is: Normal Mode → Ambient Sound Mode → Active Noise Cancelling Mode.
- Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) Mode: Reduces ambient noise, allowing for focused listening.
- Digital Earplug Mode: Functions as an earplug by activating ANC without a Bluetooth connection. This mode is useful when you only want to reduce noise without listening to audio. To activate, touch either earbud for 2 seconds without a device connected.
- Low Latency Mode: Minimizes audio-visual delay, enhancing the experience for videos and games. Activate by triple-tapping either earbud.
- Ambient Sound Mode: Allows you to hear surrounding sounds and voices while listening to music or videos.
5.2 Call Functions
The earbuds have a built-in microphone for hands-free calling. During a call, the microphone on one of the earbuds will be active.
5.3 Voice Assistant
The earbuds support voice AI assistants like Siri and Google Assistant. Activate your device's voice assistant by using the touch sensor. This allows for voice control of music playback, volume adjustment, and other functions.
5.4 Single Earbud Use
Either earbud can be used independently. However, Active Noise Cancelling, Digital Earplug, and Ambient Sound modes are not available when using only one earbud. If using only one earbud, ensure the other earbud is powered off or stored in the charging case.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your earbuds, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Earcaps: Regularly remove and clean the earcaps with a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
- Charging: Avoid extreme temperatures during charging. Charge in a cool, dry environment.
- Water Resistance: These earbuds are not waterproof. Avoid exposure to water or excessive moisture.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:
- No Sound/Intermittent Sound:
- Ensure earbuds are charged.
- Check Bluetooth connection on your device. Try re-pairing if necessary.
- Ensure earbuds are within the 10m communication range of your device.
- Verify that the volume on both your device and the earbuds is not muted or too low.
- Earbuds Not Pairing:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode.
- Forget the device from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again.
- Ensure no other devices are actively connected to the earbuds.
- Active Noise Cancelling Not Effective:
- Ensure ANC mode is activated (cycle through modes by touching the earbud for 2 seconds).
- Check that the earcaps provide a snug fit in your ears. Replace with a different size if needed.
- ANC is less effective against sudden or high-frequency noises.
- Charging Issues:
- Verify the USB cable is securely connected to both the charging case and the power source.
- Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
- Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
