Setup

1. Battery Installation

• The keyboard requires 1 AA battery. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard, open it, and insert the battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
• The mouse requires 1 AA battery. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the mouse, open it, and insert the battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

2. Connecting the USB Receiver

1. Locate the USB receiver, which is typically stored inside the mouse's battery compartment for convenience.
2. Insert the USB-A receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer (PC, desktop, laptop).
3. For devices with only USB-C ports (e.g., some Mac OS systems), a USB-C to USB-A adapter (not included) is required. Plug the USB-A receiver into the adapter, then plug the adapter into your device's USB-C port.

  • Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver to ensure they are within the 10-meter (33 ft) range.
  • Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port on your computer.
  • Restart your computer.
• Keys Not Responding:
  • Check battery level.
  • Ensure the keyboard is not in auto-sleep mode (press any key to wake).
  • Clean under the keycaps if specific keys are sticking or not registering.
• Mouse Not Moving/Clicking:
  • Check battery level.
  • Ensure the mouse is not in auto-sleep mode (move or click to wake).
  • Ensure the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse is clean and unobstructed.
  • Try using the mouse on a different surface.
