Placement and Initial Cleaning

1. Place the oven on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface, ensuring at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides and above for proper ventilation.
2. Wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
3. Wash all accessories (oven rack, rotating cage, crumb tray, baking pan, air fryer basket, rotisserie fork, rotisserie handle) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

General Operation Steps

1. Place food in the appropriate accessory (baking pan, air fryer basket, etc.) and insert into the desired rack level. The oven has 4 rack levels.
2. Close the oven door.
3. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
4. Select the desired cooking function using the control panel.
5. Adjust the temperature and cooking time as needed.
6. Press the Start button to begin cooking.
7. The oven will preheat if necessary, then begin the cooking cycle.
