2. Safety Information
Please observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the product:
- Installation must be performed by a qualified professional in accordance with local building and plumbing regulations.
- Ensure the wall structure can safely support the weight of the radiator when filled with water.
- Do not cover the radiator with clothing or other materials, as this can impede heat dissipation and pose a fire hazard.
- Keep children and pets away from the hot surface of the radiator to prevent burns.
- Before any maintenance or cleaning, ensure the heating system is turned off and the radiator has cooled down.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the radiator surface.

5. Setup and Installation
5.1 Pre-Installation Considerations
Before purchasing and installing, consider the following:
- Product Height: Ensure sufficient clearance from the water inlet/outlet to the ceiling.
- Wall Width: The wall width must be greater than the radiator's width.
- Wall Load Capacity: The wall must be able to support the total weight of the radiator when filled with water.
- Connection Interface Position: Determine if a middle, left, or right connection is suitable for your plumbing.

5.2 Material and Construction
The radiator is constructed from high-quality steel, featuring an inner coating, a low-carbon steel layer, and an environmentally friendly spray coating for enhanced durability and leak prevention. The sections are hard-soldered together using advanced overlapping weld technology, resulting in strong and aesthetically pleasing joints.

5.3 Mounting and Connection
The radiator is designed for wall mounting. Use the provided mounting kit and follow standard installation practices for hot water radiators. The design allows for flexible installation; the radiator can be rotated so that the valve interface is positioned on either the left or right side, accommodating various plumbing layouts.

6. Operating Instructions
This EMKE radiator operates as part of a hot water central heating system. Once properly installed and connected to your heating system, its operation is controlled by your central heating thermostat and radiator valves (not included).
- Ensure the heating system is filled and bled correctly to remove any air from the radiator.
- Adjust the radiator valve to control the heat output in the room.
- For optimal efficiency, avoid placing furniture directly in front of the radiator, which can block heat circulation.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficiency of your radiator.
- Cleaning: Wipe the radiator regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface finish.
- Bleeding: Periodically bleed the radiator to release any trapped air, which can reduce heating efficiency. This is typically done using a radiator key on the bleed valve.
- Inspections: Annually inspect the radiator and connections for any signs of leaks or corrosion. Address any issues promptly.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your radiator, consider the following common solutions:
- Radiator not heating evenly or cold at the top: This usually indicates trapped air. Bleed the radiator using a radiator key until water starts to come out.
- Radiator not heating at all: Check if the radiator valve is fully open. Ensure your central heating system is operational and other radiators are heating. There might be an issue with the system's water pressure or pump.
- Leaking: Immediately turn off the heating system and isolate the radiator if possible. Tighten connections if they appear loose. If the leak persists or is from the radiator body, contact a qualified plumber.
For persistent problems, consult a qualified heating engineer.
9. Warranty and Support
