4. Setup (Installation)
The KUZOR faucet is designed for easy installation, suitable for both single-hole and 3-hole bathroom sinks. The design is largely pre-installed, requiring only three main steps.
Tools Required (Not Included):
- Adjustable Wrench
- Phillips Head Screwdriver
- Plumber's Putty or Silicone Sealant (optional, for drain seal)
- Safety Glasses
Installation Steps:
- Prepare the Sink: Ensure the sink hole is clean and free of debris. For 3-hole sinks, place the included deck plate over the holes. For single-hole sinks, the deck plate is optional.
- Install the Faucet: Insert the faucet body through the hole(s) in the sink/deck plate. From underneath the sink, secure the faucet using the provided fixing part (washer and nut). Hand-tighten first, then use an adjustable wrench to snug it securely without overtightening.
- Connect Water Supply Lines: Connect the pre-installed hot and cold water supply hoses to your angle stops (water supply valves). The hoses feature standard 3/8-inch compression threads. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Install the Pop-Up Drain: Place the pop-up drain into the sink's drain opening. From underneath, secure it with the provided nuts and washers. Apply plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the top flange of the drain before inserting it into the sink for a watertight seal, if desired.
- Test for Leaks: Once all connections are secure, slowly turn on the main water supply. Check all connections for any signs of leaks. Operate the faucet to ensure proper function.

5. Operating Instructions
The KUZOR faucet features a single handle for precise control over water flow and temperature.
- Water Flow Control: Lift the handle upwards to increase water flow. Push the handle downwards to decrease or stop water flow.
- Temperature Control: Move the handle to the left for hot water and to the right for cold water. The handle allows for smooth adjustment between hot and cold to achieve your desired temperature.
- Non-Splash Spout: The vertical detachable water spout is designed to direct water flow precisely into the sink, minimizing splashing.
- Pop-Up Drain: Press the top of the pop-up drain to open or close the drain. The built-in strainer helps prevent clogs.

6. Maintenance and Care
Proper care will ensure the longevity and appearance of your KUZOR faucet.
- Cleaning the Finish: Clean the matte black finish with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Aerator Maintenance: The spout features a detachable aerator. If water flow decreases or becomes irregular, unscrew the aerator from the spout, clean any mineral deposits or debris, and then reattach it.
- Pop-Up Drain Cleaning: Periodically remove the pop-up drain to clean the built-in strainer and remove any accumulated hair or debris to maintain proper drainage.
7. Troubleshooting
Refer to the following table for common issues and their solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Low Water Flow | Clogged aerator; partially closed shut-off valves; debris in supply lines. | Clean the aerator. Ensure shut-off valves are fully open. Flush supply lines. |
| Leaks at Connections | Loose connections; damaged washers/O-rings. | Tighten connections (do not overtighten). Inspect and replace damaged washers/O-rings. |
| Water Drips from Spout | Worn ceramic cartridge. | Contact KUZOR customer support for a replacement cartridge. |
| Pop-Up Drain Not Sealing | Improper installation; debris preventing seal. | Reinstall drain, ensuring proper alignment and use of plumber's putty/sealant. Clean any debris. |
| Water Tastes Unusual | New plumbing components; water quality issue. | Flush the faucet with cold water for several minutes. If taste persists, consult a plumber or local water authority. |
