Setup

1. Powering On

The M-VAVE K5 can be powered via USB or its internal 2000 mAh battery. To power on, locate the power switch on the rear panel and slide it to the 'ON' position.

2. USB Connection

Connect one end of the supplied USB cable to the USB-B port on the rear of the controller.
Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer (Windows/Mac OS).
The controller is class-compliant and should be recognized automatically by your operating system without additional drivers.

3. Bluetooth Connection

4. Software Installation (Optional)

While the controller is plug-and-play, a companion software, "CubeSuite" (or "MidiSuite"), is available for advanced configuration. This software allows you to customize every aspect of the pads, knobs, and buttons, including MIDI channels, CC values, and LED colors.

Keys: Play notes on the 25 velocity-sensitive mini keys.
Pads: Use the 8 RGB backlit pads to trigger drums, samples, or other MIDI events. Pads are velocity-sensitive and support aftertouch.
Knobs: The 8 assignable rotary encoders can control parameters in your DAW or virtual instruments. They are endless encoders, preventing parameter jumps when switching presets.
