This set includes small, medium, and large sizes to suit various storage needs.

The AirScape Steel Coffee Canister Family includes three sizes to accommodate various storage needs.
Components
Each AirScape canister consists of three main parts:
- Canister Body: Made from 18/8 restaurant-grade stainless steel with a soft impact rubber base.
- AirScape Inner Lid: The patented plunger lid designed to push out excess air.
- BPA-Free Plastic Top Lid: A clear outer lid for additional protection and stackability.

Setup
Before first use, and after each use, follow these cleaning instructions:
- Hand wash all components (canister body, inner lid, and outer lid) with warm, soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing contents.
Note: These canisters are not dishwasher safe. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that could damage the finish.
Operating Instructions
The AirScape system is designed for optimal freshness by removing air from the container. The patented two-way valve in the inner lid pushes out excess air, creating an airless environment.
Watch this video to see how the Airscape lid effectively removes air to keep contents fresh.
Filling the Canister
- Remove both the outer clear lid and the inner plunger lid.
- Pour your desired dry goods (e.g., coffee beans, tea, flour) into the canister. Do not overfill; leave enough space for the inner lid to be pressed down.

The AirScape canister is ideal for storing whole bean coffee, preserving its aroma and flavor.
Sealing for Freshness
- Place the inner plunger lid directly on top of the contents inside the canister.
- Press down firmly on the inner lid. As you press, the patented two-way valve will push out excess air. You will hear a distinct "swoosh" sound as the air is expelled.
- Continue pressing until the inner lid is flush with the contents, or as far down as it can go.
- Flip the handle on the inner lid down to lock the valve and prevent further oxygen exchange.
- Place the clear outer lid on top for added protection and to allow for stacking.

Maintenance and Care
To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your AirScape canisters, please adhere to the following care instructions:
- Hand Wash Only: All components should be hand washed with warm, soapy water.
- Do Not Dishwash: The canisters are not dishwasher safe, as high temperatures and harsh detergents can damage the finish and seals.
- Do Not Microwave: These canisters are made of steel and are not microwave safe.
- Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch the surface or damage the enamel paint finish.
- Dry Thoroughly: Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing contents to prevent moisture buildup.

Troubleshooting
- Lid not pressing down easily: Ensure the contents are not overfilled. The inner lid needs space to create the vacuum. Check for any debris around the silicone seal.
- No "swoosh" sound: The "swoosh" sound indicates air being expelled. If you don't hear it, ensure the inner lid is properly seated and you are pressing down firmly. The seal might be compromised if there's debris.
- Contents not staying fresh: Verify that the inner lid is pressed down as far as possible and the handle is flipped to the locked position. Ensure the outer lid is also securely placed.
- Stains or odors: Hand wash immediately after emptying contents. For stubborn odors, a baking soda paste can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and drying.
