3. Setup and Initial Use
3.1 Unpacking and First Cleaning
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Wash all detachable parts (blending shaft, whisk, chopper bowl and blade, masher, mixing beaker) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
3.2 Charging the Battery
The appliance is powered by a 2,000 mAh lithium-ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery.

- Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the top of the motor unit.
- Plug the adapter into a suitable power outlet.
- A full charge from 0% to 100% takes approximately 2 hours.
- A 15-minute quick charge can provide enough power to process up to 5 soups.
- The battery indicator light will show charging status.
3.3 Assembling Attachments
To attach an accessory, align the accessory with the motor unit and twist until it locks securely into place. To detach, twist in the opposite direction and pull apart.

The Severin SM 3775 offers cordless operation with a maximum speed of 14,000 RPM and 100 W power.
4.1 General Blending and Pureeing

- Attach the blending shaft to the motor unit.
- Place the blending shaft into the ingredients you wish to process. Ensure the blades are fully submerged.
- Press and hold the power button to operate. Release to stop.
- Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even processing.
- Avoid operating the blender in an empty container.
4.2 Using the Whisk Attachment

- Attach the whisk to the motor unit.
- Use for whipping cream, beating egg whites, or mixing light batters.
- Operate in a deep bowl to prevent splashing.
4.3 Using the Chopper Attachment

- Place the chopper blade onto the central pin in the chopper bowl.
- Add ingredients to the bowl. Do not overfill.
- Attach the motor unit to the chopper lid.
- Press the power button in short pulses for controlled chopping.
4.4 Using the Mashing Attachment

- Attach the mashing attachment to the motor unit.
- Use for mashing cooked potatoes, carrots, or other soft vegetables.
- Ensure vegetables are soft enough to prevent strain on the motor.
4.5 Battery Runtime
A fully charged battery provides up to 40 minutes of operation without load. For typical use, it can puree up to 30 soups on a full charge. A 15-minute quick charge provides enough power for approximately 5 soups.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Severin SM 3775.
- Always switch off the appliance and ensure it is disconnected from the charger before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
- Detachable Parts: The blending shaft, whisk, chopper bowl and blade, masher, and mixing beaker are not dishwasher safe. Wash these parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry immediately.
- Blades: Handle the chopper blade and blending shaft blades with extreme care as they are very sharp.
- Storage: Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry, safe place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
