3. Setup

3.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.

1. Charge the Charging Case: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power adapter (not included). The LED display on the case will show the charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour.
2. Charge the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated; the earbuds will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will show individual battery levels for the left and right earbuds. A single charge provides up to 7 hours of playback. The charging case provides an additional 42 hours of battery life.

Important: When using for the first time, please remove the protective film from the charging contacts on the earbuds to allow proper charging.

3.2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Power On: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.

4.1. Power On/Off

• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging. Alternatively, long-press the touch area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

• Play/Pause: Double-tap the touch area on either the Left (L) or Right (R) earbud.
• Volume Up: Single-tap the touch area on the Right (R) earbud.

• Next Song: Long-tap the touch area on the Right (R) earbud for 2 seconds.
• Previous Song: Long-tap the touch area on the Left (L) earbud for 2 seconds.

• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri, Google Assistant): Triple-tap the touch area on either earbud.

You can use either the left or right earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the charging case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used later.

  • Check if the protective film on the charging contacts was removed.
• No sound or low volume:
  • Increase the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
  • Clean any debris from the earbud speaker mesh.
• Charging issues:
  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
  • Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter.
