3. Setup Instructions

3.2 Connecting the Drive

1. Connect the appropriate data cable (USB-A to Micro USB 3.0 or USB-C to Micro USB 3.0) to the drive's Micro USB 3.0 port.
2. Connect the other end of the data cable to an available USB 3.0 (Type-A or Type-C) port on your computer.
3. If your computer's USB port does not provide sufficient power, connect the USB-A to DC power cable to the drive's DC input port and to another available USB-A port on your computer or a USB power adapter.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Inserting and Ejecting Discs

1. To open the disc tray, press the eject button located on the front of the drive.
2. Carefully place the disc onto the tray with the label side facing up. Ensure the disc is seated correctly on the spindle.
3. Gently push the disc tray back into the drive until it clicks shut.
4. To eject a disc, press the eject button again or use the software eject function on your computer.

4.2 Reading Discs

Once a disc is inserted, your computer's operating system should detect it. You can access the disc's contents through File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac OS).
