  • Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If storing for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan. Recharge every few months.
  • Use the provided storage pouch or a protective case to prevent scratches and damage.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. Camera Not Turning On

  • Battery Depleted: Connect the camera to a power source using the USB cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Power Button Issue: Ensure you are pressing and holding the power button for a sufficient duration (typically 3-5 seconds).

6.2. Remote Control Not Responding

  • Battery in Remote: Check if the remote control's battery needs replacement or recharging (if applicable).
  • Proximity: Ensure the remote control is within effective range of the camera.
  • Re-pairing: Power off both the camera and the remote, then power them back on to allow for automatic re-pairing.

6.3. Poor Video/Photo Quality

  • Lens Cleanliness: Clean the camera lens with a soft, lint-free cloth.
  • Lighting Conditions: Ensure adequate lighting. Extreme low light or harsh backlighting can affect quality.
  • Anti-Shake: Verify that the anti-shake function is enabled for video recording, especially if experiencing shaky footage.
  • Memory Card Speed: For 4K recording, ensure you are using a U3 class memory card. Slower cards may result in dropped frames or lower quality.

6.4. Memory Card Error

  • Card Compatibility: Ensure the memory card is compatible and formatted correctly (FAT32 or exFAT, depending on camera requirements).
  • Reinsert Card: Remove and reinsert the memory card to ensure proper contact.
  • Test Another Card: Try a different, known-good memory card to rule out a faulty card.
