- Variable Back Stop (Recline Lock): Located inset of the back tension knob, this control has four settings: upright lock, full recline, and two intermediate stops. It allows users to set the limit of recline based on preference or activity.

To lower the chair, remain seated while holding the lever up. Adjust until your knees are at approximately a 90-degree angle with your feet flat on the floor.
