Game Setup

1. Shuffle the Deck: Thoroughly shuffle all UNO Party cards.
2. Deal Cards: Deal 7 cards face down to each player.
3. Create Draw Pile: Place the remaining cards face down to form the Draw Pile.
4. Start Discard Pile: Turn the top card of the Draw Pile face up to begin the Discard Pile. If it's a special action card, refer to the "Special Cards" section for initial play rules.
5. Player Order: The player to the left of the dealer starts the game. Play proceeds clockwise.

How to Play

The objective of UNO Party is to be the first player to empty your hand of cards. Players take turns matching the top card of the Discard Pile by color, number, or symbol.

• Matching Cards: You must match the color, number, or symbol of the top card on the Discard Pile.
• Drawing Cards: If you cannot make a match, you must draw one card from the Draw Pile. If the drawn card can be played, you may play it immediately. Otherwise, your turn ends.
• Calling "UNO!": When you have only one card left, you must yell "UNO!" If you don't, and another player catches you before the next player takes their turn, you must draw two penalty cards.
• Winning a Round: The first player to play their last card wins the round. Points are then tallied based on cards remaining in opponents' hands.
