Connecting the Phone
- Connect the handset cord to the handset port on the phone base and to the handset.
- Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
- If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to the phone's power port and then to an electrical outlet.
- The phone will power on automatically and begin the boot process.
Operating Instructions
Display and Navigation
The Sangoma P370 features a 7-inch (800x128 resolution) display. Use the navigation keys and soft keys to interact with the phone's interface.
Making and Receiving Calls
- To make a call: Pick up the handset or press the Speaker button, then dial the number and press the Dial soft key or #.
- To receive a call: Pick up the handset, press the Speaker button, or press the Answer soft key.
- 16-Line Support: The phone supports up to 16 lines, allowing for multiple active calls or line appearances.
