4. Assembly Instructions (Setup)
Assembly requires self-assembly. It is recommended to have two people for easier and safer assembly. Approximate assembly time is 1.5-2 hours.
Step 1: Attach Casters to Base Frame
Carefully attach the four casters to the bottom metal frame. Ensure the two casters with brakes are positioned on the same side for easy access. Tighten securely with the provided wrench or tool.

Step 2: Assemble the Main Frame
Connect the vertical metal support bars to the base frame. Then, attach the horizontal support bars to form the main structure of the trolley. Do not fully tighten all screws until the entire frame is aligned.
Step 3: Install Shelves
Slide the three main shelf panels into their designated slots within the metal frame. Ensure they are level and secure. Attach the mesh panels and side shelf panels to the right side of the frame, creating the smaller storage compartments.

Step 4: Assemble and Install the Drawer
Assemble the drawer components according to the detailed diagrams provided in the package. Attach the drawer glides to the drawer and the corresponding glides to the trolley frame. Carefully slide the assembled drawer into its position at the top of the trolley.

Step 5: Attach the Top Panel
Place the top wooden panel onto the assembled frame. Secure it using the remaining screws, ensuring it is flush and stable.
Step 6: Final Tightening
Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all screws and fasteners. Do not overtighten. Check the stability of the trolley before use.
5. Operating Instructions
Moving the Trolley
To move the trolley, ensure the wheel brakes are disengaged. Gently push or pull the trolley to its desired location. Avoid sudden movements or pushing over uneven surfaces to prevent items from falling.
Using the Wheel Brakes
When the trolley is in its desired position, engage the brakes on the two designated wheels by pressing down on the lever. This will lock the wheels and prevent the trolley from moving unintentionally.
Utilizing Storage
The trolley features a top surface, a drawer, three main shelves, and three side shelves. Organize items according to their size and weight, placing heavier items on lower shelves for stability.

Periodically inspect all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary. Check the casters for smooth operation and clean any debris that may accumulate around them.
