2. Important Safety Precautions

To ensure safe operation and prevent damage, please observe the following:

• Do not immerse the frother base or power cord in water or other liquids.
• This appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
• Keep the appliance away from children.
• Always ensure the frother is placed on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
• The frother features automatic shut-off and temperature control for safety. If the indicator light flashes continuously after multiple uses, the overheating protection is active. Allow the unit to cool down before resuming operation.
• If the frother button beeps or does not respond, lift the machine from its base for 2 seconds and then place it back. This will reset the unit.

4. Setup and First Use

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Before first use, clean the interior of the frother unit and the whisks with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Do not immerse the exterior of the frother unit or the power base in water.
3. Place Whisk: Insert the desired whisk onto the shaft at the bottom of the frother unit. Use the frothing whisk for foam, or the heating whisk (without the coil) for just heating milk.
4. Position: Place the frother unit securely onto the power base.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power base into a standard 120V electrical outlet.

The PE-MF010 offers four distinct functions, easily selected with a single button.

Filling Guidelines:

• For frothing (hot or cold foam), fill milk between the MIN (75ml) and MAX (115ml) frothing lines.
• For heating milk without frothing, fill milk between the MIN (75ml) and MAX (240ml) heating lines.
• Do not exceed the maximum fill lines to prevent overflow.

Operation Modes:

Ensure the correct whisk is installed for your desired function.

1. Prepare: Pour the desired amount of milk into the frother unit, observing the MIN/MAX lines.
2. Select Function: Press the power button once to turn on. The LED indicators will illuminate. Press the button repeatedly to cycle through the modes. Each press will change the function, indicated by the corresponding LED.
3. Start: Once the desired function's LED is lit, the frother will begin operation automatically.
4. Completion: The frother will automatically shut off when the process is complete (approximately 2 minutes), and the LED indicators will turn off.
5. Serve: Carefully remove the frother unit from the base and pour the frothed or heated milk.

Function Indicators:

• Red LED (top): Indicates heating function.
• Blue LED (bottom): Indicates cold function.
• Combinations of these LEDs and whisk type determine the specific foam/heating result.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your milk frother. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning and allow it to cool.
