1. Introduction
The Keurig K-Supreme SMART brewer connects to WiFi via the Keurig app to enable a suite of smart features, including BrewID technology, ensuring it’s easy to make and enjoy a perfectly customized cup of rich, full-flavored coffee, just the way you like it. BrewID technology gives you distinctively delicious, full-flavored coffee because it recognizes the specific brand and roast of your K-Cup pod and automatically customizes the brew settings to the recommendations of the coffee experts who created it. Plus, you can fine-tune your cup to be even more to your liking, by choosing from five strength, six temperature, and four cup size settings - and adjusting and storing your favorites on your smartphone, so you can schedule ahead or brew your personal perfect cup from anywhere.

2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present: the brewer, the 66 oz dual-position removable reservoir, and the drip tray.
2.2 Initial Setup
- Position the Water Reservoir: The 66 oz dual-position reservoir can be placed on either the side or the rear of the brewer to best fit your counter space. To change its position, detach it, rotate the base, and reattach.
- Fill the Water Reservoir: Remove the reservoir lid and fill the reservoir with fresh, filtered water. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. Replace the lid.
- Perform a Cleansing Brew: Place a large mug on the drip tray. Power on the brewer. Select a brew size (e.g., 8 oz) and press the brew button. Discard the hot water. This primes the brewer.
- Connect to Wi-Fi (Optional but Recommended): Download the Keurig app (compatible with iOS 13+ and Android 8+). Follow the in-app instructions to connect your brewer to your home 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. This enables BrewID and other smart features.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 BrewID Technology
BrewID technology automatically recognizes your K-Cup pod and customizes brew settings for the most flavorful result, based on recommendations from coffee experts. Simply insert a K-Cup pod, and the brewer will display the recommended settings.

3.2 Customization Options
You can fine-tune your brew even further using the control panel:
- Strength Settings: Choose from five strength settings (Balanced to Intense) to match your preference.
- Temperature Settings: Select from six temperature settings (Warm to Max Hot).
- Brew Sizes: Available brew sizes include 6, 8, 10, and 12 oz.
- Favorites: Save up to 10 custom settings for quick access to your preferred brews.

3.3 Connected Convenience (Wi-Fi & App)
The Keurig app provides enhanced control and convenience:
- Brew from Anywhere: Start a brew remotely using the app.
- Schedule a Brew: Set a specific time for your coffee to be ready.
- Customize Settings: Adjust and save brew settings directly from your smartphone.
- Voice Assist: Use compatible voice assistants to brew remotely.
- SMART Delivery: Manage your K-Cup pod pantry and receive automatic deliveries.

3.4 Brewing Over Ice
For full-flavored iced coffee, select the "Brew Over Ice" option on the control panel. This setting optimizes the brew for serving over ice, preventing dilution.

3.5 Using Ground Coffee (My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter)
The Keurig K-Supreme SMART is compatible with the My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter (sold separately). This allows you to brew your own ground coffee. Insert the filled reusable filter into the pod holder as you would a K-Cup pod.
4. Maintenance and Care
4.1 Cleaning the Brewer
- Drip Tray: The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly. It is removable for easy cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the brewer with a damp, non-abrasive cloth.
- Pod Holder: Periodically clean the K-Cup pod holder and the exit needle to prevent clogs.

4.2 Descaling
Over time, calcium deposits (scale) can build up in your brewer. The descaling process removes these deposits, ensuring optimal performance. Refer to the full user manual for detailed descaling instructions, typically involving a descaling solution and several rinse cycles.
4.3 Water Filter Replacement
The 66 oz dual-position reservoir includes a water filter to improve water quality. Replace the water filter every 2 months or 60 tank refills for best results. Instructions for filter replacement are included with the filter kit (sold separately).

5. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
