Setup and First Use

Operating Instructions
Digital Control Panel
The Ufesa Twist Air Fryer features an intuitive digital control panel for easy operation.

- Power Button: Press to turn the appliance on/off.
- Temperature Control: Use the TEMP up/down arrows to adjust the temperature from 80°C to 200°C.
- Time Control: Use the TIME up/down arrows to set the cooking time up to 60 minutes.
- Menu Button: Press to cycle through the 6 pre-set cooking programs.
Using Pre-set Programs
The air fryer comes with 6 pre-set programs for common dishes. These programs automatically set the optimal time and temperature.

- Place your food in the frying basket. Ensure the basket and tray are properly inserted into the main unit.
- Press the Power Button to turn on the appliance.
- Press the Menu Button repeatedly until the desired program icon is highlighted. The display will show the default time and temperature for that program.
- You can adjust the time and temperature manually using the TIME and TEMP arrows if needed.
- The cooking process will start automatically after a few seconds, or you can press the Power Button again to start immediately.
- The air fryer will beep when cooking is complete and automatically shut off.

- Fries: Default 200°C, 18 minutes
- Chicken: Default 180°C, 23 minutes
- Fish: Default 180°C, 18 minutes
- Bake: Default 180°C, 12 minutes
- Reheat: Default 145°C, 12 minutes
- Keep Warm: Default 75°C, 40 minutes
Manual Operation
- Place your food in the frying basket.
- Press the Power Button to turn on the appliance.
- Use the TEMP arrows to set your desired cooking temperature.
- Use the TIME arrows to set your desired cooking time.
- The cooking process will begin automatically after a few seconds.
Tip: For even cooking, especially for larger quantities, shake the basket halfway through the cooking time. The air fryer will pause when the basket is removed and resume when it is reinserted.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Frying Basket and Tray: The non-stick frying basket and tray are removable and dishwasher-safe. For manual cleaning, wash them with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Interior: Clean the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For stubborn food residue, use a mild detergent.
- Heating Element: Use a cleaning brush to remove any food residue from the heating element.
