Setup Guide

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Connect Power: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging station and the 18W adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
3. Unfold the Station: The charging station can be unfolded into various configurations. For optimal multi-device charging, unfold it completely flat or into a triangular stand.

Operating Instructions

The MURPISO 3-in-1 charging station supports simultaneous wireless charging for compatible devices.

Placing Devices for Charging:

• iPhone: Place your iPhone (12/13/14/15/16 series) on the magnetic charging pad. The strong magnetic bracket design ensures proper alignment.
• Apple Watch: Place your Apple Watch on the dedicated watch charging module.
• AirPods: Place your AirPods (with wireless charging case) on the designated AirPods charging pad.

Breathing Indicator Light:

The charging station features a breathing indicator light to show charging status:

• Blue Light: Indicates the iPhone is actively charging.
• Green Light: Indicates AirPods or Apple Watch are actively charging (when charged separately).
• Blue Pulse: Device is charging.
• Blue On: Device is fully charged.
• Blue and Green Light Flash: Indicates a foreign object detection.

A light switch is provided to turn the indicator lights off at any time, which is useful for nighttime use.

Important Note: This charging station is NOT compatible with Samsung smartwatches.

Phone Case Considerations:

For optimal wireless charging performance, it is recommended to use a phone case with a thickness of ≤4MM. The use of magnetic phone cases is also recommended for iPhones 12/13/14/15/16 series to ensure strong magnetic alignment.

Avoid using cases with:

• Metal rings
• PopSockets
• Metal cases

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your MURPISO charging station, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from the power source before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
• Storage: When not in use, especially during travel, store the charging station in its provided storage box to protect it from dust, bumps, and scratches.
• Avoid Liquids: Keep the device away from water and other liquids.
• Temperature: Avoid exposing the charger to extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Charging or Charging Slowly:

• Check Power Connection: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the charging station and the 18W adapter, and the adapter is properly plugged into a working wall outlet.
• Proper Placement: Verify that your device is correctly centered on the respective charging pad. For iPhones, ensure magnetic alignment.
• Phone Case: Remove any thick phone cases (>4MM), cases with metal, credit cards, or PopSockets, as these can interfere with wireless charging.
• Foreign Objects: Check for any foreign metallic objects between the device and the charging pad. The indicator light will flash blue and green if a foreign object is detected.
• Adapter: Ensure you are using the provided 18W adapter. Lower wattage adapters may result in slower charging or no charging.
• Device Compatibility: Confirm your device is compatible with the charging station (refer to the Compatibility section).

Indicator Light Behavior:

• If the light is off, ensure the light switch has not been toggled to the "off" position.
• If the light flashes blue and green, remove the device and check for foreign objects on the charging pad.

Safety Information

• Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the product yourself.
• Keep the charger away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
