5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Checking Connector Type

5.3 Battery Removal

To remove the battery for charging or storage:

1. Unlock the battery using the key.
2. Carefully slide the battery out of its mounting bracket.
3. Always remove the battery for charging indoors.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Charging the Battery

Always charge the battery indoors using the dedicated charger. The battery should be fully charged before its first use. The charging port is located near the safe lock mechanism, as shown in Figure 5.3.

• Connect the charger to the battery's charging port.
• Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
• Monitor the charger's indicator light (refer to your charger's manual for specific light indications).
• Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the wall outlet, then from the battery.

6.2 Discharging and Usage

The battery provides power to your ebike's motor. The standard discharge current is 5A, and it supports motors up to 350W. Avoid exceeding the maximum motor power to prevent damage to the battery and motor.

7. Maintenance

• Regular Cleaning: Wipe the battery exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use water or cleaning agents directly on the battery.

• Avoid Deep Discharge: Do not allow the battery to completely drain. Recharge it as soon as possible after use.
• Temperature: Operate and store the battery within recommended temperature ranges to maximize its lifespan.
