Assembly Instructions

- Attach the Legs: Secure the two leg frames to the main bed frame using the provided screws and handtool. Ensure all screws are tightened.
- Install Support Bars: Attach any additional support bars as indicated in the diagram.
- Unfold the Frame: Carefully unfold the bed frame until it lies flat. Ensure all locking mechanisms engage securely.
- Place the Mattress: Position the 5-inch memory foam mattress onto the unfolded bed frame.
- Secure the Mattress: Use the integrated Velcro straps to fix the mattress to the frame, preventing it from shifting during use.

Operating Instructions
Unfolding the Bed
- Ensure the bed is on a flat, stable surface.
- Release any securing straps or latches holding the bed in its folded position.
- Carefully pull both halves of the bed frame apart until it fully extends and lies flat. The support legs should automatically deploy.
- Verify that all leg supports are fully extended and locked into place before use.
Folding the Bed
- Remove all bedding and the mattress from the frame.
- Lift one end of the bed frame, allowing the legs to fold inward.
- Bring the two halves of the frame together until they are fully folded.
- Secure the folded bed with any integrated straps or latches.
Using the Lockable Wheels
The bed is equipped with 4 smooth-rolling wheels for easy portability. Each wheel has a locking mechanism.
- To Lock: Press down on the lever located on each wheel until it clicks into place. This prevents the bed from moving.
- To Unlock: Lift the lever on each wheel until it releases. The bed can now be moved.

Maintenance
Mattress Care
The 5-inch memory foam mattress features a removable and washable cover. For cleaning, hand wash only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry the mattress cover to maintain its integrity.
Frame Care
The steel frame can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the polished steel finish.
Storage
When not in use, the CAIYUN Folding Bed can be easily folded and stored. It folds to a compact size of 31" Length x 12.8" Width x 45.2" Height. Use the included anti-dust cover to protect the bed and mattress from dust and dirt during storage.
