2. Important Safety Precautions

• Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the feed chute during operation to prevent injury. Always use the food pusher provided.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Juilist Centrifugal Juicer:

1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Install the filter bowl onto the motor base.
3. Carefully place the stainless steel filter basket into the filter bowl, pushing down until it clicks securely into place.
4. Attach the pulp container to the side of the filter bowl.
5. Position the lid onto the filter bowl, aligning the feed chute with the filter basket.
6. Lift the safety locking bar and secure it into the two grooves on each side of the lid until it locks into position. The juicer will not operate if the locking bar is not correctly engaged.
7. Slide the foam separator into the long spout of the juice jug, then place the jug under the juice spout.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Preparing Fruits and Vegetables

• Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
• For most fruits and vegetables, peeling is not necessary due to the wide feed chute. However, for citrus fruits, remove the peel.
• Remove large seeds or pits from fruits like peaches, plums, and cherries.
• Cut larger produce into pieces that fit comfortably into the 3-inch feed chute.

5.2. Juicing Process

1. Plug the juicer into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Place the juice jug under the juice spout.
3. Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting:
• Speed 'I' (Low Speed): 12,000-15,000 RPM, suitable for soft fruits and vegetables such as blueberries, watermelon, oranges, grapes, and tomatoes.
• Speed 'II' (High Speed): 15,000-18,000 RPM, ideal for hard fruits and vegetables like apples, carrots, celery, and ginger.
4. Gradually feed the prepared produce into the feed chute using the food pusher. Apply gentle, even pressure. Do not force produce down.
5. The juicer will extract juice into the jug and separate pulp into the pulp container.
6. Once juicing is complete, turn the control dial to '0' (Off) and unplug the appliance.

5.3. Not Recommended for Juicing

Certain fruits and vegetables are not suitable for this type of centrifugal juicer due to their texture or low juice yield:

• Bananas
• Avocados
• Figs
• Mangoes
• Coconut
• Sugar cane

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

6.1. Disassembly

2. Release the safety locking bar.
3. Remove the lid, pulp container, filter basket, and filter bowl from the motor base.
