Setup & Installation

The FITCAMX dash cam is designed for a seamless, factory-integrated installation. Ensure your vehicle is turned off before beginning the installation process.

1. Remove Original Cover: Carefully use a pry tool to remove the original plastic cover located behind your rearview mirror. This cover typically houses sensors or other vehicle components.
2. Connect Front Dash Cam: Disconnect the existing power cable from the vehicle's original sensor unit. Connect the provided FITCAMX power cable to the vehicle's power source and then to the dash cam unit. Ensure a secure connection.
3. Install Front Dash Cam: Align the FITCAMX dash cam unit with the mounting points and snap it into place, ensuring it fits snugly and securely. The dash cam should integrate perfectly with the vehicle's interior, mimicking an OEM look.
4. Rear Camera Wiring (if applicable): If installing the rear camera, route the rear camera cable from the front dash cam along the headliner and down to the rear windshield. Connecting to the FITCAMX App

1. Power On Dash Cam: Ensure your vehicle is running and the dash cam is powered on. The blue indicator lights on the dash cam will confirm it is operational.
2. Download App: Download the 'FITCAMX' app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
