Initial Charging
The mouse comes with a built-in rechargeable battery. For optimal performance, fully charge the mouse before first use.
- Connect the provided USB rechargeable cable to the charging port on the front of the mouse.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB port on your computer or a USB wall adapter.
- The RGB lights may indicate charging status.

Connecting the Mouse
- Locate the USB receiver stored in the slot on the bottom of the mouse.
- Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Turn on the mouse using the power switch located on the bottom.
- Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers.

Adjusting DPI
The DPI (Dots Per Inch) setting determines the sensitivity of the mouse cursor. Press the DPI Cycle Button (located near the scroll wheel) to switch between the available sensitivities: 800, 1200, 1600, and 3200 DPI.

Power Saving Modes
The V638 mouse features three power-saving modes to conserve battery life:
- Level 1: When the mouse stops moving, it immediately enters sleep mode, and the lights dim. It wakes up upon movement.
- Level 2: If the mouse stops moving for 70 seconds, it enters sleep mode, and the light slowly flashes. It wakes up upon movement.
- Level 3: After 15 minutes of inactivity, the mouse enters deep sleep mode, and the lights turn off. Click any button to wake it up.

Maintenance and Care
- Keep the mouse clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the optical sensor on the bottom is free from dust and debris for accurate tracking.
- Store the USB receiver inside the mouse when not in use to prevent loss.
- Avoid exposing the mouse to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the mouse, as this will void the warranty.
Troubleshooting
Mouse Not Responding
- Ensure the mouse is turned on using the power switch on the bottom.
- Check if the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
- Recharge the mouse battery. A low battery can cause intermittent connectivity or unresponsiveness.
- If using a USB hub, try connecting the receiver directly to the computer.
- Restart your computer.
Cursor Movement is Erratic or Inaccurate
- Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
- Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Highly reflective or transparent surfaces may affect tracking.
- Adjust the DPI setting using the DPI Cycle Button to see if a different sensitivity improves performance.
RGB Lights Not Working
- Press the RGB Light Shift button to cycle through lighting modes or turn them on/off.
- Check the battery level. Lights may dim or turn off in power-saving modes or when the battery is low.
