Note: For PC connection, a Bluetooth 4.2+ receiver is required.
General Connection Steps:
- Power on the controller by pressing the appropriate Boot Mode combination (e.g., B+Home for iOS). The LED indicator will flash.
- On your device (phone, tablet, PC), go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices and select the corresponding Bluetooth name (e.g., "DUASHOCK 4 Wireless Controller" for iOS, "D3" for Android).
- Once connected, the LED indicator on the controller will remain solid.
- For Android users, if using the "D3" mode, you may need to open the "ShootingPlus V3" app to ensure "D3 Connected" is displayed. Do not close this app when entering the game.

Operating Instructions
Once connected, the controller functions as a standard gamepad for compatible games. For games requiring custom key mapping, follow these steps:
Key Mapping and Customization:
- Enter the game interface (e.g., Call of Duty Mobile).
- Press the 'START' key on the gamepad.
- Press 'New' to assign key layouts.
- Press any button on the gamepad; a reflection key will appear on the screen. Drag this key to match the desired function button in the game.
- To delete a reflection key, drag it to 'DELETE'.
- Set each gamepad button one by one in this manner.
- Once all buttons are set, press 'Save' to store your settings. You can choose to save the preset scheme to the device or to the APP.
The two back programmable buttons (M1/M2) can be customized to map basic keys (A+B+X+Y+L+ZL+R+ZR+L3+R3+D-pad) or a key combination, allowing for complex moves with a single press.

The Megadream controller supports a wide range of popular controller-supported games available on App Store, Google Play, and Steam. Examples include Call of Duty (COD), Apex Legends Mobile, Genshin Impact, Diablo Immortal, Sky: Children of Light, Modern Combat 5, Asphalt 8/9, Elden Ring, Grand Theft Auto GTA5, Battlefield, Resident Evil Village, ARK: Survival Evolved, The Forest, Cities: Skylines, Cyberpunk 2077, Minecraft, and Roblox.
To verify game compatibility before purchase, you can scan the QR code provided in the product images to download the relevant app (LUDU MAPP for iOS, or the Android app for Android). Enter the game name in the app; if the game is not found, it is likely not supported.
- Important Note: PUBG Mobile is not supported on both iOS and Android.
- Genshin Impact: Requires iOS 14.0+ version. Not supported on Android.
- Call of Duty: If prompted to choose a controller model, select 'XBOX'.

A:
- Remove or delete the Bluetooth connection on your phone and reconnect it again.
- Please delete the Bluetooth of the controller on the previous device and then reset the controller.
Q: Why can't I power on the controller after charging?
A:
- While charging, if the light is not on, please try another charging cable.
- If the LED light stays on while charging, but still can't power on the controller, you need to RESET it.
Q: Why does the controller not work after connection?
A:
- Please check if you have chosen the right boot mode.
- If the game mode is correct, please delete the Bluetooth connection record and reconnect.
Q: How do I know the gamepad's power status?
A:
- Low battery: LED 3 on the gamepad flashes quickly.
- Battery charging & full charged: LED 3 flashes slowly & LED 3 stays on.
