Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance and cleaning will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your water dispenser.
- Exterior Cleaning: Unplug the unit from the power outlet. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

- Ice Maker Cleaning: Periodically clean the ice maker compartment and the ice tray using a mild detergent. Rinse all components thoroughly with clean water before reassembly.
Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their potential solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Water tastes unusual (e.g., plastic taste). | This is common with new appliances. Clean the water cooler with citric acid and completely drain it. If the taste persists, contact customer support. |
| Ice melts quickly after being made. | This unit is an ice maker, not an ice freezer. It produces ice but does not keep it frozen. Transfer ice to a freezer for long-term storage. The unit will continue to make more ice as existing ice melts. |
| Dispenser is not working or no water is dispensing. | Check if the unit is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet and if the power switch is in the 'ON' position. Ensure the water bottle is correctly installed and is not empty. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
| Ice maker is not producing ice. | Verify that there is sufficient water in the dispenser's reservoir. The auto shut-off system will activate if the water level is too low or if the ice bin is already full. |
