Before proceeding, ensure you have read and understood the Safety Information section.

5.1 Pre-Installation Steps

  1. Turn off the electrical power at the circuit breaker or fuse box to avoid electrical shock.
  2. Unpack the fixture and all components. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  3. Determine the desired mounting location and method (trunnion or knuckle/slipfitter).

5.2 Wiring Instructions

The fixture is designed for 110V AC input. Follow these steps for electrical connections:

  1. Connect the black wire from the fixture to the live (hot) supply wire.
  2. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the neutral supply wire.
  3. Connect the green (or bare copper) wire from the fixture to the ground supply wire.
  4. If using 0-10V dimming (optional), connect the purple wire to the dimmer's Dim+ terminal and the gray wire to the dimmer's Dim- terminal. If not using dimming, cap and insulate these wires individually.

  5. Seal Connections: For outdoor installations, ensure all electrical connections and mounting points are properly sealed against moisture.

6. Operation

6.1 Power On

Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker. The flood light should illuminate.

6.2 Color Temperature (CCT) Selection

This fixture allows you to select between three color temperatures: 3000K (Warm White), 4000K (Cool White), and 5000K (Daylight).

To change the CCT, locate the small switch on the side of the fixture, often protected by a cap. Use a small tool to slide the switch to your desired setting. Change the CCT while the fixture is powered on to see the immediate effect. Disconnect power before opening any protective caps.
