Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your sewing machine.

1. Cleaning

Periodically clean the lint and dust from the bobbin case area and feed dogs using a small brush. Remove the needle plate and bobbin case for thorough cleaning. Do not use compressed air, as it can push lint further into the machine.

2. Lubrication

Consult the full user manual (PDF) for specific lubrication points and frequency. Generally, a few drops of high-quality sewing machine oil are applied to moving metal parts as indicated by the manufacturer.

3. Storage

When not in use, cover the machine to protect it from dust. Store it in a dry, stable environment away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
