The Vrabocry Addressable RGB PC LED Strips are designed to enhance the aesthetic of your computer case with vibrant, customizable lighting. Each strip features 24 individually addressable 5050 RGB LEDs, offering a wide range of dynamic color effects when connected to compatible motherboards.

Specifications

Safety Precautions

• CRITICAL: These addressable LED strips are designed ONLY for 3-pin +5V ADD_Header (+5V, DATA, N/A, GND) on compatible motherboards.
• NEVER connect these strips to a 4-pin 12V RGB_HEADER (12V, G, R, B). Doing so will permanently damage the LED strips and potentially your motherboard.
• Ensure your motherboard has a 3-pin Digital RGB LED header (+5V, DATA, N/A, GND) before installation.
• The product is not waterproof. Avoid exposure to liquids or high humidity.
• Disconnect power from your PC before installing or removing any components.

Setup and Installation

1. Prepare your PC: Power off your computer and disconnect it from the main power supply. Open your PC case to access the motherboard.
2. Locate the 3-pin +5V ADD_Header: Identify the correct 3-pin +5V addressable RGB header on your motherboard. Refer to your motherboard's manual if you are unsure. Do not confuse it with a 4-pin 12V RGB header.
3. Connect the LED Strips:
   • The motherboard connection cable has a 4-pin connector, but only three wires are active (+5V, DATA, GND). One pin is intentionally left unwired. This is a design feature to allow users to adjust the housing for proper pin alignment. It is not a defect.
   • Carefully align the 3 active pins of the motherboard connection cable with the 3-pin +5V ADD_Header on your motherboard.
   • If using multiple strips, connect them in a chain using the provided splitter cable.
4. Mount the LED Strips:
   • The LED strips come with adhesive backing. Clean the surface inside your PC case where you intend to mount the strips to ensure good adhesion.
   • Peel off the protective backing from the adhesive tape on the LED strip. Be careful not to peel off the adhesive layer itself.
   • Press the LED strip firmly onto the desired surface.
5. Cable Management: Route the cables neatly to avoid interference with other components and to maintain good airflow.

Operating Instructions

Once the LED strips are correctly installed and connected to your motherboard's 3-pin +5V ADD_Header, the lighting effects are controlled via your motherboard's RGB software.

• Software Compatibility: These strips are compatible with:
  • ASUS Aura Sync
  • MSI Mystic Light Sync
  • ASRock Polychrome RGB
• Controlling Effects: Launch the respective RGB software on your computer. Within the software, you can:
  • Select from various dynamic color effects (e.g., rainbow, wave, breathing, strobing, gradual change, color cycle, comet).
  • Customize individual LED colors for unique patterns.
  • Synchronize lighting with other compatible RGB components.
• Refer to your motherboard's software manual for detailed instructions on using its RGB control features.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: To clean the LED strips, ensure your PC is powered off and unplugged. Gently wipe the strips with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
• Inspection: Periodically check the adhesive for secure attachment. If the strip begins to detach, re-secure it with appropriate adhesive.
