Setup & Installation

1. Battery Installation

1. Gently twist the back cover of the night light counter-clockwise to open it.
2. Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Align the back cover and twist clockwise to securely close it.

2. Mounting Options

The YUNLEX NLS26 offers two convenient installation methods:

• Adhesive Mounting:
  1. Clean the desired surface thoroughly to ensure it is dry and free of dust or grease.
  2. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive pad on the back of the night light.
  3. Firmly press the night light onto the clean surface for at least 30 seconds.
• Screw Mounting:
  1. Open the back cover as described in the battery installation section.
  2. Use the provided screws to secure the back plate to the desired wall or surface.
  3. Reattach the night light body to the secured back plate by twisting clockwise until it locks.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off & Mode Selection

The night light features a push button on the top for controlling power and selecting lighting modes:

• Short Press: Press the button briefly to cycle through the three lighting modes: Main Light On, Backlight On, and Dual Lights On.
• Off: Continue short-pressing the button to turn the light off after cycling through all modes.

2. Brightness Adjustment (Stepless Dimming)

To adjust the brightness for any of the three lighting modes:

• Long Press: While the light is on in any mode, press and hold the button. The brightness will gradually increase or decrease. Release the button when the desired brightness level (10% to 100%) is reached.

3. Smart Motion Sensor Functionality

The integrated motion sensor provides automatic illumination:

• The light will automatically turn on when it detects movement within its sensing range (maximum 12 feet, 120-degree angle).
• After 15 seconds of no detected motion, the light will automatically turn off to conserve battery life.
