1. Introduction

The Godox LEDP-260C is a 16.4-inch dimmable bi-color LED video light panel designed for photography and video applications. It provides soft, adjustable lighting for various creative needs, including studio work, portrait shooting, fashion photography, product photography, and live streaming. This manual provides essential information for safe and effective use of your LEDP-260C light panel.

5. Setup

5.1 Powering the Unit

The LEDP-260C can be powered in two ways:

• DC Power: Connect the provided cable adapter to the DC power jack on the rear of the unit. Plug the adapter into a suitable power outlet.
• Battery Power: For portable use, insert two compatible 7.4V Sony NP-F970 lithium batteries (sold separately) into the battery compartments on the rear panel.

5.2 Mounting the Light Panel

Attach the light panel to a light stand or other compatible mounting accessory using the integrated adjustable bracket. Ensure the bracket is securely tightened to prevent accidental movement.

5.3 Remote Control Setup

Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the Godox RC-A5 remote controller. The remote allows for wireless adjustment of light settings.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Locate the power switch on the rear of the light panel and slide it to the 'ON' position to power on the unit. Slide to 'OFF' to power down.

6.2 Adjusting Brightness

Rotate the 'Brightness/Color Temp' dial on the control panel or use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote control to adjust the light intensity from 0% to 100%.

6.3 Adjusting Color Temperature

Press the 'Brightness/Color Temp' dial to switch to color temperature adjustment mode. Rotate the dial or use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote to change the color temperature between 3200K (warm) and 5600K (cool).

6.4 Channel and Group Settings

Press the 'CH/GR' button on the light panel or remote to cycle through channels (1-16) and groups (A-F). This allows for controlling multiple Godox lights simultaneously with a single remote.

6.5 LCD Display

The high-definition LCD display on the rear panel shows the current channel, group, brightness percentage, and color temperature in real-time.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the light panel and remote control. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: Store the unit in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight and moisture. If storing for extended periods, remove any installed batteries.
• Battery Care: For optimal battery life, use recommended Sony NP-F970 lithium batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.

8. Troubleshooting

• Light not turning on:
  - Check if the power adapter is securely connected and plugged into a working outlet.
  - If using batteries, ensure they are correctly inserted and sufficiently charged.
• Remote control not working:
  - Verify that the remote control has fresh AAA batteries and they are inserted correctly.
  - Ensure the remote and light panel are set to the same channel and group.
  - Maintain a clear line of sight between the remote and the light panel.
• Inconsistent brightness or color:
  - Check power connections to ensure stable power delivery.
  - Ensure no physical obstructions are blocking the light output.
  - If using batteries, check their charge level.
