Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your food processor before first use:

1. Place the anti-slip mat on a clean, stable surface.
2. Select the desired stainless steel bowl (0.8L, 1.2L, or 1.5L) and place it on the anti-slip mat.
3. Insert the appropriate attachment (chopping blade or garlic peeler) onto the central shaft inside the bowl. Ensure it is seated correctly.
4. Add your ingredients to the bowl, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line.
5. Place the transparent top cover onto the bowl. Align the white dot on the motor unit with the dot on the transparent top cover.
6. Carefully place the motor unit onto the top cover, aligning the white dot on the motor with the dot on the top cover. The appliance will not operate if not correctly aligned and secured.
7. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Once assembled, operating the food processor is straightforward:

1. With the appliance properly assembled and plugged in, press down on the top of the motor unit to start processing.
2. Release pressure to stop the operation. This allows for precise control over the processing time and texture of your ingredients.

Processing Meat

Use the chopping blade in the 1.2L or 1.5L bowl for grinding meat. For best results, cut meat into small cubes before processing.
