Setup
Wiring Diagram
Connect the receiver module according to the desired application. The receiver supports DC 5V-30V input and provides potential-free contacts (dry contacts) for controlling various devices up to 250V.

Pairing the Remote Control (Programming Modes)
The receiver supports multiple operating modes. Follow these steps to program your remote control to the desired mode:

- Momentary Mode (Mode 1): Press the learning button on the receiver 1 time. The indicator light will flash. Then, press any button on the remote control. The indicator light will turn off, indicating successful pairing. In this mode, the relay is active only while the remote button is pressed.
- Toggle Mode (Mode 2): Press the learning button on the receiver 2 times. The indicator light will flash. Then, press any button on the remote control. The indicator light will turn off. In this mode, one press turns the relay ON, and another press turns it OFF.
- Latched Mode (Mode 3): Press the learning button on the receiver 3 times. The indicator light will flash. Then, press the 'ON' button on the remote control, followed by the 'OFF' button. The indicator light will turn off. In this mode, the 'ON' button turns the relay ON, and the 'OFF' button turns it OFF.
- Delay Mode (Mode 4/5/6/7): Press the learning button on the receiver 4, 5, 6, or 7 times for 5, 10, 15, or 20 seconds delay respectively. The indicator light will flash. Then, press any button on the remote control. The indicator light will turn off. In this mode, the relay activates when the button is pressed and deactivates after the set delay time.

Operating Modes
The DieseRC Wireless Remote Control Switch offers four distinct operating modes to suit various control needs:

- Momentary Mode: The relay remains active only as long as the remote button is pressed. Releasing the button deactivates the relay.
- Toggle Mode: Pressing the remote button once activates the relay, and it remains active until the same button is pressed again to deactivate it.
- Latched Mode: This mode requires two buttons on the remote. One button activates the relay, and it remains active until a different button is pressed to deactivate it.
- Delay Mode: The relay activates when the remote button is pressed and automatically deactivates after a pre-set delay time (5, 10, 15, or 20 seconds), even if the button is released earlier.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement (Transmitter)
The remote control transmitter is powered by 2 x CR2016 batteries. When the remote's indicator light dims or its range decreases, it's time to replace the batteries.
- Locate the screw port on the back of the transmitter.
- Carefully disassemble the transmitter casing.
- Remove the old CR2016 batteries.
- Insert new 2 x CR2016 batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Reassemble the transmitter casing securely.
For the receiver module, ensure it is kept in a dry, dust-free environment and away from extreme temperatures to prolong its lifespan.
Troubleshooting
- Remote not responding: Check the transmitter batteries and replace if necessary. Ensure the receiver is powered correctly.
- Reduced range: Replace transmitter batteries. Ensure there are no significant obstructions (thick walls, metal structures) between the transmitter and receiver.
- Incorrect operation mode: Re-program the remote control to the desired operating mode following the steps in the 'Setup' section.
- No power to device: Verify all wiring connections are secure and correct. Check the power supply to the receiver and the connected device.
- Resetting the receiver: To clear all programmed remotes, press the learning button on the receiver 8 times. The indicator light will flash and then turn off, indicating all previous pairings have been erased. You can then re-program your remotes.
