2. Operating Instructions
The Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker PRO offers 8 versatile cooking functions: Slow Cook, Sear/Sauté, Steam, Keep Warm, Sous Vide, Braise, Bake, and Proof. It utilizes Triple Fusion Heat Technology, combining bottom, side, and steam heating elements for efficient and even cooking.
To select a function, turn the central dial on the control panel. Use the temperature (TEMP) and time (TIME) buttons to adjust settings. Press START/STOP to begin or end a cooking cycle.

Key Functions:
- Slow Cook: Set it and forget it for tender meals.
- Sear/Sauté: Use bottom heating elements to brown proteins and sauté vegetables directly in the pot.
- Steam: Cook delicate foods like vegetables or eggs with heated steam.
- Keep Warm: Automatically keeps food at serving temperature after cooking.
- Sous Vide: Precision cook for perfectly tender results.
- Braise: Ideal for fall-off-the-bone meats.
- Bake: Create casseroles, desserts, and more.
- Proof: Prepare breads by allowing dough to rest and rise in a warm, controlled environment.
The integrated spoon-ladle conveniently rests on the lid handle, providing a mess-free cooking experience.
3. Maintenance
For easy cleanup, the nonstick cooking pot allows for quick wiping away of messes. The utensil and glass lid are dishwasher safe. Hand-washing the cooking pot is recommended to extend its life and maintain the nonstick coating. Ensure all components are completely dry before storage.
4. Troubleshooting
If the unit is not powering on, ensure it is properly plugged into a working outlet and that the cooking pot is correctly seated in the base unit. If the display shows an error code, refer to the full user manual for specific instructions.
For issues with food cooking unevenly or sticking, ensure proper temperature and time settings are used for the selected function. Always use non-abrasive utensils to protect the nonstick coating.
