2. Package Contents

3. Setup & Installation
The Byron DBW-24031 is a wired doorbell system requiring a 2-wire connection between the chime unit and the push button. Follow these steps for installation:
3.1 Prepare for Installation

- Connect one end of the 2-wire cable to the terminals on the back of the chime unit. Ensure a secure connection.
- Connect the other end of the 2-wire cable to the terminals on the back of the push button. Ensure a secure connection.
- Once wiring is complete, replace any covers on the chime unit and push button.
4. Operating Instructions
Operating your Byron DBW-24031 doorbell is straightforward:
- Once installed and powered with batteries, the system is ready for use.
- To activate the chime, simply press the push button located outside your door.
