1. Introduction

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the headset's charging port and a USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status.

- A full charge takes approximately 40 minutes using Type-C fast charging.
- A 10-minute charge can provide up to 4 hours of talk time.
3.2 Powering On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
3.3 Pairing with a Device
The headset supports automatic pairing after the initial setup.
- Ensure the headset is powered off.
- Press and hold the Multi-function button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your smartphone, tablet, or computer, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "EC300N" from the list of found devices to connect.
- Once connected, the indicator light will flash blue slowly.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
- Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-function button.
4.2 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
- Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down button.
4.3 Volume Control
- Increase Volume: Press the Volume Up button.
- Decrease Volume: Press the Volume Down button.
4.4 Mute Function
During a call, press the Mute button to silence your microphone. The other party will not hear your voice.

Important Note for PC/Zoom: When connecting this headset to a PC and using the mute function, first turn off the microphone on your PC. For Zoom meetings, directly press the mute button on the headset. For iPads, tablets, and smartphones, directly pressing the headset's mute button is sufficient.
4.5 Voice Assistant
While in standby mode, press and hold the Multi-function button for approximately 3 seconds (until you hear a response) to activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Android Assistant).
5. Maintenance
- Clean the headset regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the headset to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive substances.
- Store the headset in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Water Resistance: This product is not fully waterproof. Avoid using it in heavy rain or submerging it in water for extended periods. Always remove the headset before washing clothes or pants.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Reset Method (for audio issues)
If you experience audio malfunctions, try the following reset procedure:
- On your mobile device's Bluetooth connection screen, unpair the headset.
- Restart both your mobile device and the headset. Alternatively, press and hold the Multi-function button on the headset for approximately 3 seconds to re-enter pairing mode and attempt pairing again.

6.2 General Troubleshooting Tips
- No Power: Ensure the headset is fully charged.
- Cannot Pair: Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing red and blue). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it's within range.
- No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device. Ensure the headset is properly connected.
- Poor Call Quality: Ensure the microphone is not blocked. Move closer to your connected device. Avoid environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
- LINE App Calls: For calls via apps like LINE, functions such as adjusting microphone volume or ending calls might need to be controlled directly from your smartphone, not the headset buttons. This is due to the LINE app's software design, not a headset issue.
