Ensure the valve is securely mounted and plumbed correctly for hot and cold water lines, as well as connections to the shower head, handheld shower, and tub spout.

Operation

1. Water Flow and Temperature Control

The main handle on the valve trim kit controls both water flow and temperature. Rotate the handle to adjust temperature (typically counter-clockwise for hotter, clockwise for colder). Pull the handle out to increase flow and push in to decrease flow or turn off the water.

2. Function Selection (Diverter)

The diverter knob on the valve trim kit allows you to switch between the rain shower head, handheld shower, and tub spout. Rotate the knob to select the desired water outlet.

3. Rain Shower Head

Once selected via the diverter, the 10-inch rain shower head will provide a wide, drenching spray. It features 8 spray functions, which can be adjusted by rotating the central button on the shower head face.

4. Handheld Shower

When the handheld shower is selected, water will flow from it. The handheld shower head offers 6 distinct spray settings. These settings can be changed by rotating the spray face or pressing a button on the shower head, depending on the specific design.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Finish

To maintain the brushed nickel finish, clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh detergents, or polishes that could scratch or dull the finish. For stubborn spots, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water and drying thoroughly.

Cleaning Shower Head Nozzles

The rain shower head and handheld shower head feature self-cleaning silicone nozzles. To remove mineral buildup, gently rub the nozzles with your finger or a soft brush while water is flowing. This helps maintain optimal spray performance.
