1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance and save it for future reference. Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
- Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage before connecting.
- Do not use the appliance if the plug, the power cord, or the appliance itself is damaged.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 10 cm free space on the back and sides and 10 cm free space above the appliance.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
- During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet openings. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings.
- The surfaces may become hot during use. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- This appliance is intended for household use only.

Key Components:
- Control Panel: Digital LED display with touch controls for temperature, time, and pre-set programs.
- Frying Basket: Removable, non-stick coated basket for holding food.

3. Setup and First Use
Before First Use:
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean the basket and pan thoroughly with hot water, some dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
- Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and level surface. Do not place the appliance on non-heat-resistant surfaces.
- Ensure there is at least 10 cm of free space around the appliance for proper ventilation.
Initial Operation (Burn-in):
It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes on its highest temperature setting during the first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell or smoke is normal during this process.
4. Operating Instructions
Basic Operation:
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
- Carefully pull the frying basket out of the air fryer.
- Place the ingredients into the frying basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer.
- Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
- Use the temperature and time adjustment buttons (+ / -) to set your desired cooking temperature (80-200°C) and time (1-60 minutes).
- Press the start/pause button to begin cooking.
- Some ingredients require shaking halfway through the preparation time. Pull the basket out, shake it, and slide it back in. The air fryer will resume cooking automatically.
- When the cooking time has elapsed, the appliance will beep. Carefully pull out the basket and empty the contents.
Using Pre-set Programs:
Your FOHERE Air Fryer comes with 8 intelligent pre-set cooking programs for common dishes. Simply press the 'Menu' button to cycle through the programs.

Note: These are default settings. You can adjust the temperature and time after selecting a pre-set program to suit your preferences.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Clean the appliance after every use. The frying basket has a non-stick coating, which makes cleaning easy.
Cleaning Steps:
- Unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
- Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
- Clean the frying basket with hot water, dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn dirt, soak the basket in hot water with some dishwashing liquid for about 10 minutes.
- Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean the basket, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
- Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your air fryer, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions.
