1. Introduction
The DOLUNTO TXET061 is a portable, high-pressure PCP air compressor designed for convenience and efficiency. It operates at a working pressure of 300 bar (4500 psi / 30 MPa) and features an oil-free design, built-in fan cooling, and an integrated drain system. Its compact size and lightweight construction make it easy to transport and operate. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your TXET061 compressor.
2. Important Safety Information
Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the compressor. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.
- Initial Inspection: Before first use, carefully check the outer packaging and the compressor unit for any signs of damage. Do not operate if damage is observed.
- Operating Temperature and Time: The compressor's internal temperature should not exceed 85°C. To prevent overheating, the continuous running time should not exceed 25 minutes. Allow the unit to cool down between cycles.
- Pressure Limits: The maximum filling pressure must not exceed 300 Bar (4500 PSI / 30 MPa). Over-pressurizing can lead to dangerous situations.
- Silicone Oil: Due to transportation restrictions, the compressor does not include silicone oil. Users must prepare and add appropriate silicone oil before operation as specified in the maintenance section.
- Leakage Prevention: When connecting the filter and hose, ensure they are correctly assembled and there are no leaks. A blue filter is typically installed with the filling hose to ensure good air quality.
- Ventilation: Operate the compressor in a well-ventilated area to ensure proper cooling and prevent the buildup of heat.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the compressor during operation.

4. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components of your TXET061 compressor:

Figure 4.1: Labeled components of the TXET061 compressor.
- Air Outlet (8mm male connector): Connects to the filling hose for inflation.
- Handle: For easy portability and carrying.
- Motor Button: Activates or deactivates the compressor motor.
- Fan Button: Controls the cooling fan.
- Air Vent: Exhausts hot air from the cooling system.
- Burst Disc: A safety device designed to rupture and release pressure if it exceeds a safe limit.
- Air Release Valve: Used to release residual pressure from the system after inflation.
- Power Plug for 12V Jumper Cables: Input for connecting to a 12V DC power source (e.g., car battery).
- Pressure Gauge: Displays the current pressure.
5. Setup
5.1 Initial Checks
- Ensure the compressor is placed on a stable, flat surface in a well-ventilated area.
- Verify that the compressor unit and all accessories are free from visible damage.
5.2 Power Connection
The TXET061 compressor supports multiple power supply options:
- Household Power Supply (220V AC): Connect the provided 220V power cable to the compressor and then to a suitable wall outlet.
- Car Battery-Driven Power Supply (12V DC): Use the included 12V jumper cables. Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal. Then, plug the other end into the 12V power plug on the compressor.

5.3 Hose and Filter Connection
- Attach the filling hose to the 8mm male air outlet connector on the compressor. Ensure a secure connection.
- The compressor is designed to install a filter along with the filling hose to ensure good air quality. Ensure the blue filter (if applicable) and hose are correctly assembled.
- Connect the other end of the filling hose to the device you intend to inflate.
- Before starting, double-check all connections for tightness to prevent any air leakage.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 General Version Operation
The General Version of the TXET061 compressor requires manual monitoring and shutdown:
- Ensure all connections (power, hose, device to be inflated) are secure.
- Press the Fan Button to start the cooling fan. This should always be running during operation.
- Press the Motor Button to start the compressor.
- Monitor the pressure gauge closely.
- Once the desired pressure is reached, or the maximum pressure of 300 Bar (4500 PSI / 30 MPa) is approached, immediately press the Motor Button to turn off the compressor.
- Allow the fan to run for a few minutes after the motor stops to aid in cooling down the unit.
- Slowly open the Air Release Valve to depressurize the system before disconnecting the hose.
6.2 Cooling and Drainage System
The TXET061 features a built-in fan cooling system and an integrated drain system. The spiral tube design enhances heat dissipation, supported by high-speed wind power from the fan, which is protected by a cover. The built-in drain system effectively separates oil-water and impurities, ensuring clean and sanitary operation without the need for an external water pump for cooling.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Silicone Oil
The compressor requires silicone oil for proper lubrication and operation. As it is not included due to transportation restrictions, you must prepare and add suitable silicone oil before initial use and as part of regular maintenance. Refer to the product's specific oil requirements for type and quantity.
7.2 Filter Maintenance
The compressor utilizes a filter with the filling hose to ensure good air quality. Regularly inspect and replace the filter elements as needed to maintain optimal performance and prevent contamination. Ensure the filter and hose connections are always secure and leak-free.
7.3 General Care
Keep the compressor clean and free from dust and debris. Store it in a dry, cool place when not in use. Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures or moisture.
8. Troubleshooting
This section provides general guidance for common issues. For more complex problems, contact customer support.
- Compressor Does Not Start: Check all power connections. Ensure the power source is active and providing the correct voltage (12V or 220V). Verify that the motor button is pressed.
- Low Pressure Output: Check for leaks in the hose and connections. Ensure the air release valve is fully closed. Verify that the filter is not clogged.
- Overheating: Ensure the fan is running. Do not exceed the recommended continuous running time of 25 minutes. Operate in a well-ventilated area.
- Unusual Noise: Immediately stop the compressor. Check for any loose parts or obstructions. Do not resume operation until the cause is identified and resolved.
