1. Introduction

3. Setup and Initial Pairing

3.1 First-Time Pairing

1. Ensure the charging case is sufficiently charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The red and green lights on the left/right earphone will flash alternately.
3. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for "PALOVUE EarSound" in the list of available devices.
5. Select "PALOVUE EarSound" to connect. Once connected, the earbud lights will stop flashing.

3.2 Connecting to Other Devices

To connect to a new device, first turn off the Bluetooth on the previously connected device. Then, follow steps 3-5 from the "First-Time Pairing" section on the new device.

4. Operating the Earbuds

4.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case and take out the earphones. They will automatically turn on.
• Power Off: Put the earphones back into the charging case and close the cover. They will automatically shut down. Alternatively, if disconnected from Bluetooth for 5 minutes, they will power off automatically.

4.2 Touch Controls

The earbuds feature smart touch controls for easy management of music, calls, and voice assistant functions.

• Volume Up: Single tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Single tap on the left earbud.
• Play/Pause: Double-tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Long press the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Long press the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
• Reject Call: Long press either earbud during an incoming call.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-tap on either earbud.

You can check the battery level of your earbuds through your connected device's Bluetooth settings or a dedicated battery widget if available.

Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and ensure they remain charged. • Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close it, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure "PALOVUE EarSound" is visible and selected.
• Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
• Sound quality issues: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Try different sizes of silicone eartips for a better seal. Check the audio source device for any issues.
• Resetting the Earbuds: If persistent issues occur, a factory reset can resolve many problems.

6.1 How to Reset

To reset your earbuds, place both earbuds into the charging case. Press and hold the touch button on both earphones for 10 seconds. The red light will flash 5 times, then release your hand. After the red light stops flashing, the reset is complete. Take out the earphones and reconnect to your device.
