Setup
1. Initial Charging
- Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power source.
- The digital display on the case will indicate the charging status. Ensure the earbuds are placed inside the case for them to charge simultaneously.
- Charging is complete when the display shows 100% or stable full indicators.
2. Pairing with a Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for new Bluetooth devices.
- Select "GUESS Earbuds" or a similar name from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.
- The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will power on automatically.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will power off automatically.
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Tap either earbud once.
- Next Track: Double-tap the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double-tap the left earbud.
Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Tap either earbud once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-tap either earbud.
Note: Volume control is typically managed directly from your connected device.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays.

Troubleshooting

- Cannot pair with device:

- Make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode (out of the case, flashing indicator).
- Forget/delete "GUESS Earbuds" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
- Ensure the earbuds are within the 10-meter Bluetooth range of your device.
- No sound or poor sound quality:
- Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
- Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
- Reconnect the earbuds to your device.
- Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
- Only one earbud working:
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again.
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
