1. Introduction
The ALLPOWERS SP002 is a portable 21W solar panel charger featuring a high-efficiency monocrystalline solar array and an integrated 10000mAh lithium-polymer battery. Designed for outdoor use, it offers multiple output ports for charging various electronic devices. Its compact, folding design and durable, waterproof construction make it suitable for camping, RV travel, and other outdoor activities.
This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your ALLPOWERS SP002 solar panel charger.
2. Safety Information
- Do not expose the product to fire or extreme heat.
- Avoid dropping, puncturing, or disassembling the device.
- While the product is IP67 waterproof, avoid prolonged submersion in water. Ensure ports are dry before connecting devices.
- Do not leave the built-in battery in direct sunlight for extended periods in high temperatures, as this may reduce battery lifespan or cause damage. Position the solar panels in direct sun, but keep the battery unit shaded if possible.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only compatible charging cables and adapters.
3. Product Overview and Components
The ALLPOWERS SP002 consists of three folding solar panels, an integrated power bank, and multiple charging ports.

4. Setup
- Unfold the Solar Panel: Carefully unfold the ALLPOWERS SP002 to fully expose all three solar panels.
- Position for Sunlight: Place the unfolded solar panel in direct sunlight. For optimal charging efficiency, ensure the panels are angled directly towards the sun. The iSolar technology will automatically detect sunlight intensity and optimize charging.
- Secure the Panel (Optional): Use the integrated carabiner loops to hang the panel on a backpack, tent, or other suitable location to maintain optimal sun exposure.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Charging External Devices Directly via Solar Power
- Ensure the solar panel is unfolded and exposed to direct sunlight.
- Connect your electronic device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to one of the USB-A or Type-C output ports using a compatible charging cable.
- The iSolar technology will automatically detect your device and the available sunlight to deliver optimal charging current.
5.2 Charging the Internal 10000mAh Power Bank
- Via Solar Power: Unfold the solar panel and place it in direct sunlight. The internal battery will begin charging. The LED indicators on the power bank will show the charging status.
- Via Wall Adapter: Connect a Micro USB cable to the Micro Input port or a Type-C cable to the Type-C port on the power bank. Connect the other end to a compatible wall adapter (QC 3.0 adapter recommended for faster charging). A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours with a QC 3.0 adapter.
5.3 Charging Devices from the Internal Power Bank
When solar power is unavailable or insufficient, you can charge your devices using the stored energy in the 10000mAh power bank.
- Connect your device to one of the USB-A or Type-C output ports.
- The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED indicators will show the remaining battery level.
5.4 Pass-Through Charging
The SP002 supports pass-through charging, meaning it can charge connected devices while simultaneously recharging its internal battery from solar power. Priority is given to the connected load.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the solar panels with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the solar panel and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Water Exposure: While IP67 rated, ensure all ports are dry before use after exposure to moisture. Do not intentionally submerge the device.
7. Troubleshooting
- Device Not Charging:
- Ensure the solar panel is in direct, unobstructed sunlight.
- Check that the charging cable is securely connected to both the solar panel's output port and your device.
- Verify that your device is compatible with the output specifications of the solar panel.
- Check the power bank's LED indicators to ensure it has sufficient charge if charging from the internal battery.
- Slow Charging:
- Charging speed is directly dependent on sunlight intensity. Move the panel to a location with stronger, more direct sunlight.
- Ensure the solar panels are clean and free of obstructions.
- If multiple devices are connected, the power output is shared, which may result in slower charging for individual devices.
- Use high-quality charging cables.
- Internal Battery Not Charging:
- When charging via solar, ensure adequate sunlight. The solar input indicator light on the power bank should be active.
- When charging via wall adapter, ensure the adapter and cable are functioning correctly and meet the required specifications (e.g., QC 3.0 for fast charging).
