Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Device does not power on. | Check the power connection to the 12V outlet or hardwire kit. Ensure the vehicle's ignition is on. |
| CarPlay/Android Auto fails to connect. | Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone. Restart both the dash cam and your phone. Verify the correct Bluetooth device is selected. |
| Poor video quality (night vision). | Ensure camera lenses are clean. WDR technology is active for optimal low-light performance. Adjust camera angle if glare is an issue. |
| TF card error or recording issues. | Format the TF card through the device settings. If the issue persists, try a new high-speed (Class 10 or U3) TF card. |
| FM transmitter audio quality is poor. | Ensure the FM frequency on the dash cam matches your car's radio exactly. Try a different, clear FM frequency. Consider using the AUX cable for better audio quality. |
