Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your generator. Always refer to the full user manual for detailed maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Oil Changes: Check oil level before each use. Change engine oil after the first 20 hours of operation, then every 100 hours or annually.
- Air Filter: Inspect and clean the air filter regularly, especially in dusty conditions. Replace if damaged.
- Spark Plug: Inspect the spark plug annually or every 100 hours. Clean or replace as needed. Refer to the spark plug reference chart on the unit for recommended replacements (Champion L95YC, NGK BP4H, Torch E5T).
- Fuel System: Use fresh fuel and a fuel stabilizer if storing the generator for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
If your generator experiences issues, consult the following common troubleshooting tips. For complex problems, contact customer support.
