2. Safety Information

4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions
The HTVRONT Automatic Heat Press Machine offers both manual and automatic modes for efficient heat transfer.

5.1. Setting Temperature and Time
- Press the Temperature/Time Setting button (usually indicated by a thermometer or clock icon) to toggle between temperature and time settings.
- Use the + and - buttons to adjust the desired temperature (in Fahrenheit or Celsius) and time (in seconds).
- The machine will automatically begin heating to the set temperature.
5.2. Using Preset and Custom Modes
The machine features 4 fast modes and 2 user-defined custom modes for quick setup.
- Preset Modes: Press the Mode button (often a gear or settings icon) to cycle through the 4 preset modes. Each mode has pre-configured temperature and time settings suitable for common materials like HTV, glitter HTV, heat transfer paper, and sublimation paper.
- Custom Modes: To set a custom mode, adjust the temperature and time manually. Then, press and hold one of the custom mode buttons (if available, typically indicated by a star or 'C' icon) to save your settings.
5.3. Automatic Pressing Process
- Prepare Material: Pull out the ironing board (tray) using the handle. Place your material (e.g., T-shirt) and heat transfer design onto the tray. Ensure the material is flat and properly positioned.
- Insert Tray: Push the tray completely into the machine. The machine will detect the material's thickness.
- Start Pressing: Press the R button (Release/Start) to initiate the automatic pressing cycle. The heating plate will automatically lower and apply pressure based on the material's thickness.
- Auto Release: Once the set time countdown ends, the machine will automatically release the material and the heating plate will rise.
- Remove Material: Pull out the tray and carefully remove your heat-pressed item.

6. Maintenance

- Cleaning the Heat Plate: After the machine has cooled down completely, wipe the heat plate with a soft, damp cloth to remove any residue. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for heat press platens.
- General Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior of the machine with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
